What LedgerMate is

LedgerMate is a property-records workspace that helps you organise information, documents, evidence, revisions, and exports. It can extract information and prepare proposals for your review, but it does not silently turn generated output into confirmed records.

LedgerMate is not a registered tax agent, accountant, lawyer, conveyancer, tenancy-compliance adviser, valuer, quantity surveyor, or licensed lending professional. It does not provide personalised tax, legal, compliance, valuation, or credit advice. Use an appropriately qualified professional when those decisions matter.

Who may use the service

You must be at least 18, be able to enter a binding agreement, and be authorised to access every workspace and record you use. You are responsible for your Google account security and for activity performed through your session.

Your records and documents

• Provide information you reasonably believe is accurate and correct errors through the available review or revision flow.
• Upload only content you are authorised to use and that does not contain malware, unlawful material, or another person’s information without a proper basis.
• Keep independent copies of records needed for tax, legal, lending, insurance, or compliance purposes. LedgerMate is not your only archive or statutory record-keeping system.
• Review every proposal, extracted value, evidence link, export, and professional-referral prompt before relying on it.

Acceptable use

Do not bypass access controls, probe another workspace, automate abusive traffic, interfere with processing or queues, introduce malicious content, misrepresent your authority, or use LedgerMate to make prohibited or unlawful decisions about another person. We may restrict or suspend access to protect users, data, providers, or the service.

Availability and changes

LedgerMate may change, pause, or withdraw features, providers, limits, or preview functionality. Processing can be delayed by provider outages, document quality, security checks, or required human review. We aim to preserve signed records and receipts, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

Retention and ending use

You may stop using LedgerMate at any time. Retention, legal-hold, deletion, backup, and audit rules described in the Privacy Policy continue to apply. Ending access does not erase obligations or records that must lawfully remain, and deletion is complete only when the service reports a verified outcome.

Responsibility and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LedgerMate is provided without a promise that generated, extracted, imported, or user-entered information is complete or suitable for a particular professional decision. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian law. You remain responsible for professional filings, deadlines, payments, elections, contracts, lending decisions, and legal compliance.

Governing terms and questions

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Australia and the State or Territory identified in your service agreement or invitation. If no separate service agreement identifies one, mandatory local consumer protections still apply. Questions should be sent through the support channel supplied with your LedgerMate invitation.
