Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of LedgerMate. By using the service, you agree to them.

The service

LedgerMate helps you upload, organise and review investment-property records. Features that extract, classify or flag information are provided as organisational assistance and may not always be complete or accurate.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the information you add, for keeping your Google account secure and for checking LedgerMate's suggestions before relying on them. You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or upload material you do not have the right to use.

No tax or financial advice

LedgerMate does not provide tax, accounting, legal or financial advice. It does not determine whether an amount is deductible or whether a record satisfies Australian Taxation Office requirements. Confirm important decisions and deductions with a registered tax agent or other qualified adviser.

Your content

You retain ownership of the information and documents you upload. You give LedgerMate permission to store and process that content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the service.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend or discontinue parts of LedgerMate and may update these terms from time to time. We will take reasonable care in operating the service, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, LedgerMate is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We are not responsible for losses caused by relying on unverified suggestions, incomplete records or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights available under applicable consumer law.
