Privacy Policy

LedgerMate is designed to help Australian property investors organise property records while keeping them in control of their information.

Information we collect

We collect the name, email address and profile image provided when you sign in with Google. We also store the property details, financial records, notes and documents you choose to add to LedgerMate, together with basic technical information needed to keep the service secure and reliable.

How we use information

We use your information to authenticate you, provide and improve LedgerMate, organise records, identify possible gaps, respond to support requests and protect the service from misuse. Uploaded documents may be securely processed by an AI service to extract and classify the information you ask LedgerMate to organise.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to operate LedgerMate, when you direct us to do so, or when required by law. Those providers may include hosting, storage, authentication and document-processing services.

Storage and security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so you should keep your account secure and avoid uploading information that is not needed for your records.

Retention and your choices

We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations. You may correct or remove records within LedgerMate. To request access to, correction of or deletion of your account information, contact us at the address below.

Google sign-in

Google sign-in is used only to identify your LedgerMate account. LedgerMate requests basic profile information and does not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive or other Google account content.
