Information we handle

• Google account identity and security-session information used to authenticate you.
• Property, ownership, use, loan, money, lifecycle, and other records you choose to enter.
• Documents, file metadata, extracted evidence, citations, review decisions, and correction history.
• Security, audit, reliability, consent, and coarse product-usage events needed to operate and protect the service.

Why we use it

We use this information to provide your property-records workspace, process documents, keep evidence linked to records, preserve revision and receipt history, recover failed work, prevent misuse, and support exports, retention, and deletion controls.

LedgerMate does not sell personal information. Optional coarse analytics is off until you choose to enable it, and you can turn it off from Privacy settings.

Service providers and AI

LedgerMate uses contracted infrastructure and identity providers, including Google for sign-in, Supabase for authentication, database and storage services, and Vercel for application hosting. When an AI or document-processing provider is enabled, LedgerMate sends only the information needed for that task and treats generated output as a proposal or extracted record—not as an authoritative tax, legal, tenancy, or lending decision.

Providers may process information in locations where they operate. LedgerMate applies scoped access, encryption in transit, least-privilege service roles, audit records, and provider-specific controls to reduce that exposure.

Retention, deletion, and backups

Records are retained while they are needed for the workspace, evidence history, security, legal holds, or an applicable retention policy. Available deletion controls use a signed request and verified purge workflow. A deletion request may be delayed or refused when a legal hold or required retention rule applies.

Recoverable copies and provider backups can remain until their normal expiry or verified deletion window. A content-free tombstone, receipt, or audit fact may remain so LedgerMate can prove what happened without retaining the deleted source content.

Your choices and access

• Review and correct records through their revision and proposal flows rather than silently overwriting history.
• Export the available property record pack and inspect its evidence and revision markers.
• Control optional analytics from Privacy settings.
• Request access, correction, or deletion through the support channel supplied with your LedgerMate invitation. We may need to verify your Google identity and authority over the workspace first.

Security and incidents

No online service can promise absolute security. LedgerMate uses property-scoped authorization, row-level security, append-only audit controls, bounded worker capabilities, malware and validation stages, and encrypted connections. If you believe an account or document is at risk, stop using that session and contact the support channel supplied with your invitation.

Changes and questions

Material changes will be published on this page with a new effective date. Questions, privacy requests, and complaints should be sent through the support channel supplied with your LedgerMate invitation so the operator can verify and track the request.
